Simon Monteiro is a shophouse and boutique hotel specialist who has been active in the Shophouse scene for over 20 years. He enjoys real estate because it is a people business, where friendships are forged and clients form bonds over shared interests and passions.
Florence Ang is an advocate for placemaking, and sustainability. She is passionate about the adaptive use of shophouses and historical buildings. Some projects that Florence has been involved in include curating an exclusive guided tour up the clock tower of Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall, and a neighbourhood tour of Singapore’s Waterloo/ Bugis district.
